Question by : How to alleviate arthritis symptoms more naturally?
2 fingers of my right hand are swollen and stiff (therefore it’s painful). I would like to know if you could recommend anything natural that I can do to alleviate these symptoms? Any vitamin that I can take? Anything of any kind… This is the first time I am having this issue… Am I going to deal with it for the rest of my life?
Thank you so much in advance!

You should see a chiropractor or one of those Asian doctors that stick needles into you. My mom goes to one of those and her arthritis condition got a lot better.

  • Omega 3 fish oil is the only supplement that has been shown to provide any benefit for Arthritis. You can get it through food, but it’s difficult to get enough of it this way. You can buy supplements over the counter at the supermarket or pharmacy.

When my joints swell, I always wrap them in ice. It’s far more successful that heat.

Taking NSAIDs like Advil or Aleve is helping for reducing inflammation and pain. You can also buy it in a gel form and rub it on your joints

If this continues for more than two weeks, I strongly recommend seeing a doctor. If you have a type of arthritis caused by an autoimmune disease, you need to follow a strict treatment plan to prevent damage.

    Good luck.

    ….

  • Tylenol. I am serious it works a lot
