Question by : What is the best NATURAL treatment/treatments for arthritis and reducing cholesterol?
For cholesterol I’ve been eating oatmeal and Cheerios until I’m blue in the face. I’ve also been taking garlic pills. I can be assured no vampire will bite me but will it actually help lower cholesterol? What should I take as a natural supplement for arthritis? I tried MSM but I think it was making my nose bleed so I stopped? Can it do that?

none of what you are doing for cholesterol levels will work if the problem is your own body producing too much and that is the case with many people. Diet only works up to a point.

As for arthritis, good luck with that. I have been plagued with it for many years and can no longer work because of arthritis in hands, wrists, back, neck, shoulders, elbows, toes, ankles, hips, etc.
I take gloucosamine/chondroitin with MSM, and vitamin D3. (Osteo Bi-Flex) No problems with any of that.
Also I take fish oil pills. For pain I take ibuprofen. I cannot take celebrex due to being on it for so long so they won’t give me prescription for it any more.
